Function

To carry out the ministry of EMI through leading and managing the Timber & Steel Fabrication Workshop Programme

Description of Assignment

- Support spiritual growth within EMI through mentoring, prayer, and discipleship activities.

- Lead and manage EMI Uganda’s timber and steel fabrication workshop, including staff supervision, production, project estimates, and installations.

- Oversee workshop operations, finances, and business development to move toward financial sustainability.

- Support staff training, innovation, and collaboration with EMI’s design and construction teams while maintaining strong relationships within the local construction industry.
